Mon 10/24 – Mon 10/31 – City Leaders /Captains (cc’ City Leader) submit request for Teams, recognizing the 16 teams maximum
Tue 11/1 – IF there are exactly 16 requests or less, all teams will be confirmed and open for regular registration at the rate of $85/player. IF more than 16 teams request spots - 1st teams are confirmed by priority of time of intent. Then 2nd then 3rd team requests will be considered. Waitlisted teams can take a team’s spot if they do not meet the next deadline
Thurs 11/23 - Deadline for all declared teams to have a minimum of 14 players registered to hold their team spot should there be a waitlist of teams.
Thurs 11/30 - End of regular registration; Start of late registration at the cost of $110/per person. All waitlist teams either confirmed or provided options to join other teams.
Wed 1/11 - Registration Closes.
